I love how easy it is for me to see reports about my leads/customers in real time as compared by their stage of purchase journey (i) Qualified Lead; (ii) Contacted Prospect but not qualified lead yet; or (iii) Purchasing Decision Maker). The dashboard allows us to drill down into each individual profile so we can get granular insights from our marketing automation tool without having to go through multiple dashboards to find them all. It has made onboarding new prospects almost seamless! We've had very few issues since implementing this solution over 4 years ago. For example - there are no dropdowns within profiles for additional attributes like title, role etc.. This may be due to lack of use currently though they have stated previously that these would add back-end functionality when demand arises. As per usual with most things at product lift, any technical issue usually takes weeks if ever before getting resolution. If you're considering using Profile Lift make sure.
