I love everything about this software program, however my favorite feature has to be the user interface - so easy it's scary! You don't need experience to do well with their system. They offer free training which can take several weeks. But they are great teachers who will have your back 100% until you reach your goal (in most cases that is certification). It just works without any hassle once we set out some ground rules for our team members in regards to security requirements; there were no issues what-so-ever after setup & use during deployment time at client site.- The fact that all staff had access right away via VPN was amazing considering they could not communicate outside secured network while at field locations.- Great way of keeping everyone updated regarding new regulations being implemented or changes made as of now. Our business depends too much on safety procedures and this makes us very safe & confident. I like that this is an all-inclusive solution for our risk management needs, so we can focus solely on business development without having to worry about our organization's security compliance. It could be improved by adding more customizable options in reporting features such as data filtering/organization. We have been able to streamline our processes with this software allowing us to maximize time spent on client relationships rather than doing paperwork!
