It's easy to use, it works with all my accounting software (QuickBooks), is available for mobile devices etc! Very useful when I'm out at events or traveling in another state/country - allows me to keep track of what needs done as far as billing goes from an administrative perspective during that time away. The best part is that it's very easy to use. I have been able to learn the product quickly and understand how to use it effectively. The training is well done so it's easy to understand. The ability to track all your data in one place, it's easy for me as an admin user because I can see everything at once without having multiple tabs open or logging into each system separately! There is nothing that i dislike about this software but if there was something better out their please let us know so we could try another program!!
