The best part is that it's very easy to use. I have been able to learn the product quickly and understand how to use it effectively. The training is well done so it's easy to understand. If you need to have an expert look at your records, TCT provides that as well. I haven't found anything I dislike so far. I have a company that I have been working with for over a year and have been very pleased with the service and support. It's great to see that you can have a good experience with a software that is so easy to use. I have been able to keep track of the employees that are in my company using the product, and it has really been helpful to see what they are doing at the time of the performance of a task. I like that it is easy to use, has many features with which we can customize our system as well as keep up-to date with current laws in multiple countries around the world. It's not so intuitive for someone who isn't used to using software systems (like myself). The support team are very helpful but sometimes they don't have all answers immediately available or may be slow at responding when needed most! We track sales across Europe and Australia/New Zealand - this includes tax filings etc.
