These pads are very similar to more expensive name brand. I had a bad heel blister from a long walking day at the beach, and I walk a lot at work, so I needed something to protect my foot. These are very comfortable in my work shoes and I barely notice any pain on my heel. They completely protected my heel from rubbing. The only downside is it came of a little too easy when sweating, but it's understandable.
