There is a mess on the driver disk. The correct driver cannot be found. There's a link to the file, but I had to boot into Linux, take the file, extract it, and publish it to Windows. After that he installed the driver and the board worked perfectly on Windows 10. It worked perfectly on Kubuntu 19.10 and there I needed the parallel port so in that sense it was a success.
