Review on 2-Pack Premium Stainless Steel Water Flex Connectors for Water Heater and Water Softener (18x1 FIP) - Heavy Duty and Highly Durable with Extra Thick Washers by Haji Anderson

I installed them on my water softener/filter/UV unit. I wanted to find a way to separate the piping between each piece to make it easier to repair if needed. The sticker in the middle of the tube tells you they don't zoom in and lists in the description that it says "Do Not Reuse". If you have connected and disconnected again, you should not reuse them. I asked a question, but I'm pretty sure it's because of the thick gasket inside the connector. They come out and you should certainly be able to easily swap them out and not waste your hose. It says "DO NOT use teflon tape for connections", I didn't do that. I connected all hoses to a; Stainless Steel CPVC CTS MPT Adapter 1" x 1" (special order at $6.79, easy to find especially if you are looking for your home). Tightened with a wrench, no leaks. I have 90 degree bends in my setup, I just don't tighten.
