Review on Timeson by David Cash

Unfortunately, I was recently let down by the Timeson online store. The website is user-friendly and offers a wide variety of apparel and accessories, but I was disappointed by the low quality of the items I purchased. I was quite dissatisfied with the quality of the dress and the shoes that I had ordered. The dress was poorly made; the cloth was itchy and the sewing was sloppy. On the other side, I had blisters after only a few hours of wearing the shoes since they were so unpleasant. The checkout process was tediously slow, adding insult to injury. The website's instability prevented me from finishing my purchase. Time-consuming and annoying, I had to repeatedly re-enter the same information. Contacting customer care to initiate a return was just as much of an ordeal. Even after much back-and-forth via email, they were hesitant to issue a complete refund. In sum, my experience shopping at the Timeson online store leaves me unable to endorse it. Their website is user-friendly, however I was disappointed by both the quality of the products and the difficulty of the payment procedure. I will not be making any other purchases from them.
