ZGWJ promotes itself as an internet retailer that specializes in the sale of apparel, footwear, jewelry, luggage and other travel accessories, as well as gym bags. On the other hand, upon deeper inspection, I discovered a number of problems with the quality of their products and services. To begin, the quality of their products is below average, which is particularly disappointing given the prices they charge. The quality of the construction was poor, and the shoes and garments were not long-lasting. The necklace gave off an impression of being low-quality and was lacking in sophistication. Using their platform was another source of aggravation due to its slowness and complexity, especially during the checkout process. Last but not least, they provided poor support to their customers. There was a delay in responses to inquiries, and the staff lacked fundamental product information about their offerings. The return policy was challenging to understand and navigate due to its complexity. In a nutshell, ZGWJ does not live up to its reputation as a provider of goods and services of the highest possible standard. I would strongly advise prospective clients to seek elsewhere for their needs in terms of fashion and traveling.
