My old office chair is very old and I've wanted to replace it for a long time but couldn't find what I was looking for. I wanted something that would support my large frame (I'm almost 6ft tall and weigh 280lbs) and be comfortable without being too expensive. So far I am very happy with my chair and back. It took me a while to send it to me but I don't mind waiting. I needed my husband's help to put everything together and put everything in order. The details look very well made and, above all, solid. The butt of my last chair broke so it's nice to be able to sit in my chair at the right height. I love the lumbar support pillow, but personally I don't see myself using a massager. I just don't like vibratory massage, but that's just my personal preference. I'm sure the pad will move from time to time, but that's pretty easy to set up. Loved the pillow. As you can see in the picture I wrapped it around the top because if it was lower it would hit my neck which wasn't very comfortable. But fortunately it fits perfectly. I've had the chair for a week now so not entirely sure how it will hold up but so far so good. I will update my review if anything changes!
