The reviews for this product have been positive and I have read a few. I thought for thirty bucks I couldn't go wrong. I was wrong. The set is cheap and consists of two small scissors, two cheap (to the touch) thin plastic hair clips, a comb-like toy (something you'd find in a children's playset) and a worn case called Leather. The case was a piece of cardboard wrapped in a material that didn't look like real leather. When I opened the product the items were not in the small slots and I noticed that the tabs (sewn in to hold the scissors in place) were already torn or the stitching had simply ripped when I lifted them up to fix them to attach at one end of the pair. scissors in the slot. I also noticed some small residue on a pair of scissors (as if they had been used before). I was very disappointed that the reviews did not reflect what I received. I was also very disappointed that I wasted money on a poor quality product that looked like it was used. I am returning this product and cannot give more than one star as there is nothing positive about the set. I don't recommend this product even for thirty dollars - if you don't care about quality and functional use. What really blew me away was how similar the case and attachments were to what you would buy your child if you are teaching them how to use these items. I also found that the scissors are very small and I don't have sausage fingers! The holes in the scissors to put your fingers through are very small. What have I learned? Don't always rely on every review you read, spend a few extra minutes comparing different products, and expect to pay more than me when you need at least a decent cutting set, especially during this pandemic do some DIY.
