Review on Folding Hitch Bicycle Rack For 4 Bikes By Rage Powersports Elevate Outdoor by Tommy Almasri

I purchased this item 2 weeks ago. The first time I used it, it broke, ruining 1 bicycle completely, and leaving another needing replacement parts. I have put a call in to customer service and left a message (nobody answered!) requesting a refund for the rack (don't want another rack, since the first one was such a disappointment,) some type reimbursement for the bicycle that was completely destroyed, as well as compensation for the work that will be needed to make the second bicycle useable again. Will update my review if/when the issue has been settled.
