Review on ListenLoop by Johnny Wheat

It's very easy for our team to set up campaigns with different audiences or ad groups using this tool so we can target specific customer segments without having to manually create them ourselves at least from my perspective. The interface is not as intuitive as other platforms but it does get easier once one gets familiarized with its layout/structure of pages etc. I do like how flexible they are when implementing new features into their platform which helps us keep pace with changing requirements within our business. We have been able to improve engagement rates by targeting customers who were previously either unengaged or low engaged through listening loops.
