It's very convenient, no complaints, but like the other bar with a minibar by a ball, this one also locks and can't move most of the time, making it pretty much useless. Unlike the other one, however, this one didn't tear my tongue out, so here's the thing. I've had reed poles with minibars before so I'm familiar with how they wear and feel and the last 2 were just poor quality which I think you can get for less than $10. I would rate it higher if it didn't block and become relatively useless.
