First off, like others have said, buy it. Walmart or Walgreens. They are 7ish bottles. What is good. So I've been using it every day for a year. My favorite is Sea Mineral and Hydrate (blue bottle). I use it daily to wash and condition my hair. I have Asian hair so it's pretty damn strong thick hair. I don't have to worry about white people's hair problems. Rschunimagu. But my hair gets really mean every day and even the daily use of pomade and all the dirt doesn't help. As I said, I use it daily, got rid of dandruff and itchy scalp. But I don't stop there. I spritz a little Not Your Mother's Sea Salt Spray after every shower to add extra nourishment and volume to my hair. Check it out, you can also buy it at Walmart for $5.
