Item arrived damaged - blue finish with chips

Item as described but due to poor packaging and handling of the tape the parts supplied had chipped and the blue coating was damaged. Some kind of crap. Given that they will be keeping the Hi-Lift, I understand it's not about cosmetics, but a new part is a new part. And it wasn't new. I'll update based on how they behave off-road while holding the jack.
