Low Tack/Low Adhesion

I have read many rave reviews about this product. I ordered this so I can use my Cricuit to make my own removable stencils for various projects. This product has very poor adhesion, has shifted or peeled off when I've used it on different substrates and I've been very disappointed. I've found that cheap "contact" shelf liner works much better, has higher adhesion, and is still removable. I ordered this product over a month ago, so it's too late to return it.
