UPDATE: Just got a response from the seller. They returned the money because of damage. This shows that their customer service is good. I bought this classic tan leather laptop bag and paid a high price after being sure the quality would be great. I've hardly used it and it's been a little over 2 months since I bought it. The bag came with a genuine leather certificate and that it will last a lifetime. However, judging by my photos above, the glue is peeling from the seams. This suggests that it is actually not stitched leather, but poorly glued leather. This is very disappointing as I had high hopes for this and believed this bag will last me at least a couple of years like most other inexpensive bags. I do not recommend. this company due to false quality advertising. If the company can get it right for me I will update my review.
