Total disappointment, the product is terrible.

Are you serious, Samsung? In 2-3 weeks, use cases and adaptation? I purchased a phone, used it at home for a week without any SIM cards, and just had access to the Internet. I was selecting headphones while shopping for a case. I was reluctant to damage it. The phone generally didn't hold a charge at all when not in use. The dead are on the block when I arrive at work in the morning. My phone has already discharged when I get back, to laughing. He simply lay in a box, and they never even mentioned him. It moves just as slowly and repulsively. An hour is needed to fully charge the old S7. This one lies for two hours and between 35 and 40 percent of the charge. Horror. I wasn't concerned about the charge for 15 or 25 or whatever Watts. Thank God, I gave the phone back to the shop today. The vendors claimed that today everyone is like that. I have a question for SAMSUNG: Is your financial situation so dire that you are unable to include a 25W charger in the kit? The charging wire's short stub astonished me as well. That was once the customary length. To answer the phone, you must now sit on your back after plugging in the cable. Dear Company, by taking the headphones out of the package, you have already saved a lot! Please refrain from slipping weak charges and short cables in order to save more. I've been using S7 for the past eight years. Still really effective. Nonetheless, she tripped and replaced the glass. An good battery that continues to charge until the evening despite making nonstop calls throughout the day, scanning and taking pictures at the office, delivering documents, etc. Only a lot of battery is put into the navigator. Since Samsung has used many ones for a long time, I believe they offer the greatest user interface, comfort, photo archives, and outstanding jpg photo transfer! Comparing it to an iPhone is unfair. I bought an iPhone 11 a year ago, sold it since I misplaced it, and it had a lot of silly features but no essential ones like a Samsung. The battery does not hold at all, and this is the most crucial factor for a phone, thus charging is horrible! Why would a phone need a fast processor if it would only last for four hours? Take action regarding battery and charging. And don't use cores; just a regular wire. I want to get a new Samsung, but I am concerned that all the batteries will be dead. And the reality is that a landline phone shouldn't disconnect from the network.

Pros
  • Functionality, the menu's luxury convenience, the presence of a memory card, and the images! It's unfortunate that they are no longer produced in new versions. I want to get away from them.
Cons
  • Doesn't even hold a charge! Dead. it takes forever to load! 40% for two hours. Most likely 15W rather than 25W in the kit, as stated in the reviews. I endured a week of suffering before returning the phone to the shop; I can no longer check it. But according to Samsung's technical assistance, if it's 15W, it might not charge at all. Yet, I still purchased a phone with 128GB of storage. I was upset because the 2022 mandated required applications, which cannot be deleted, take up at least 20% of the capacity. even coworkers and other garbage. In this case, I'll search for a phone with 256 additional megabytes of memory.
