I have several gaming chairs in different price ranges and it's safe to say this is the worst experience I've had with one. I'm 6ft tall and about 200lbs so I'm in the group of people who can use size R and size XL gaming chairs and feel comfortable. Immediately after unpacking the box I noticed that some parts of the serval were missing or simply turned on the wrong part, the base, gas tank and any instructions. The supplied hands are not 4D hands. I decided to try and put together what I could just to see if it would be any good. I didn't get very far until I encountered problem number two. I was trying to assemble the seat with the chair back and that's the point that struck me, problem number two and three. The second problem was that the chair seat didn't have all the required mounting holes for the two side brackets that attach the chair back to the base. Not only was there no hole cut in the fabric, but when I felt for the hole in the fabric, I didn't even feel it in the metal frame. Putting that part aside, I found problem number three. The third issue was excess metal on the frame inside the seat. There was a bulge sticking out on the side of the seat and when I felt the bulge (giggity) I realized that this was excess metal from the frame that was either uncut or sanded off. Instead, a piece of styrofoam was glued to it. This would of course cause a problem after a short use of the chair. Well, while I'm sure it was an accident (probably on a Friday) the rest of this review will be about how you'll be very disappointed when you manage to get a chair with all the parts and put it together . This is NOT for tall and tall people, let alone big or tall people. The dimensions of the chair are the same as the SMALL version of the Secretlab chairs. The backrest and seat are not the same size as my Secretlab Titan (regular size) and they are so much smaller than my HappyGame XL chair it's ridiculous. The chair would fit my 10 year old daughter perfectly, but I don't see it fitting anyone taller than 5ft 5in. The quality of the fabric used is not bad and the upholstery of the chair itself is ok, I can't say it's a testament to its durability. Both the lumbar support pillow and headrest foam are ridiculously bad. Honestly I think it's filled with packing foam. Only trust him to 120 pounds, maybe 150 pounds. The frame of the chair is only stapled in a few places. Even more disturbing is the fact that the basting seams are only welded in a few places in the area where the gas bottle holder is fastened. As a life-size adult, if you recline or rock in this chair a few times, it's almost certain to break. My HappyGame XL chair was only $180 and beats this chair in every way.
