Review on RC Pets 1.5-Inch Martingale Training Dog Collar with Wide Webbing by Melissa Cormier

We took our 60 pound pit and it started with a standard martingale (pic included. pink). The only problem is that the metal adjustment piece loosens the collar over time. The first time this happened to me the dog just put his head down and the collar/leash came off! So I've learned to always check and adjust her collar before going outside. but it's boring. I had a hard time finding another martingale style collar at local pet stores. Browsing the Revain website, I found many fun models, but I was more interested in the customization piece. This collar from RC Pet Products has a plastic adjustment piece and the rest of the hardware is metal. This is ideal as the adjustment piece does not allow the collar to loosen at all while the rest of the metal fittings are very strong when the leash is pulled. It's much wider than her original collar, so she looks a little awkward, but it's a little harder for her to pull it out even when it's loose. Ideal!
