Explosive hair care

Very heavy. But it feels like it's well done. I've used it twice. It dries my hair pretty quickly which I love. When I turned it on the third time, it turned on as it should, but then made a very loud pop and blue flames erupted from it. Now it doesn't get warm anymore. Uh, I hope the problem is solved. Due to public holidays I don't get any response from the company. I can't live without a hair dryer so I'll buy another brand and return this when they come back. Returning things is such a problem. I would rather take it to the store than stand in line for 1 hour at the post office. it's not worth it.
