I bought this spy camera because I wanted to keep an eye on my personal belongings during large gatherings at my home as some items had recently disappeared. It took me some time to learn how to deal with it. I had to watch a few youtube videos but once I figured it out it was very easy to work with. The camera records progressively, so for 1 hour of video, you can have 25 video clips to browse. I had an issue where some videos played immediately on my computer while others didn't. This was very frustrating for me as half of the video didn't play. After watching a short video on Youtube, I learned that if you encounter this problem, you should copy the files to your desktop. As soon as I did that, they all opened up and played normally. I had a few videos where the audio was ok but the video froze for a few minutes but that only happened on 2 out of 25 video clips. Overall it worked really, really well. I'm a happy customer.
