The ability for me was how powerful it really can be in creating schedules/plans when I'm working within my department which isn't very large so scheduling becomes quite complicated especially during times where there are multiple projects going at once! Also having other departments involved such as purchasing & engineering has allowed us all access into our respective plans allowing them input for their own needs too if they're not included otherwise (which would never happen unless we asked).
Sometimes things could get confused easily but most likely due to lack of training from myself because sometimes i'd go straight back onto work instead of finishing up what ever task needed doing before moving onward. Creating accurate estimates using MS Office 365 software including PBP2P.
