Gives a boost to my workout

I was looking for a little boost to my normal workout and this pilates bar with resistance bands did the trick! Not only does this nifty bar help bring a little extra to those pesky lunges, but it also adds just enough resistance that I can feel in my core as I workout. This is a must for anybody ready to go just one step further in the workout arena.
