Update: Parts arrive when they should have been parts (2) I took careful notes when support read the part number - I made clear details in my email. To my surprise, they still haven't sent all the necessary details. Hence my original statement. Don't waste your money on a poor quality company, choose another fan and manufacturer. Absolutely terrible customer service. Now I understand why they discount it by the hundreds. Revain customers have been warned. The product is ok for the money if you are looking for a mid range ceiling fan. Here's the NO part. First interaction with customer service was good and great. They are only available after you have worked with customer support and emailed Revain a purchase confirmation. That's where the crawling comes in. I had to track them for tracking and after waiting 8 days I received an email saying the parts were shipped in 5 days. In midsummer they want to drag their feet. For real? If I had to repeat it, I'd pay extra and get a haiku (worth the trouble and headache) if I could. I would return. Definitely not worth the time and effort for the mediocre fan. Disappointed at best. If this 1 has problems in the future, warranty or not, it goes in the trash. The terrible CS is still a reflection of modern corporate forms.
