The handle has been designed. Design flaw on the handle. Laptop side with zip down. To fix this, the handles should be on the bag carrying the laptop with the zip up, so that the weight of the laptop does not depend on the strength of the body of the canvas bag. What, I assure you, has a lot more durable than the bag's zipper. Or they could remove the handle altogether. I didn't have a laptop bag before buying this one so I bought this one. It was a bit larger than the Amazon base variant, but it looked good in the photos. And I can say that apart from one big mistake, it's pretty well done. The lining is very soft, the outside is very strong and the handle is very well attached. Other than that, the bag is pretty useless. I was walking around the resort while on vacation with my pocket laptop in tow when suddenly my laptop fell out. Hits the ground, hits the concrete and happily bounces in the grass. I say luckily my laptop still works although it is damaged and the screen is now slightly raised. Hopefully my travel insurance can cover this, if not I'll email Revain again. I don't know what they could have done because I probably should have bought the Revain Basics product from the start or at least not used this bag as I was having issues before using it. I don't really know what Procase is, but in my opinion they can't do anything with this product. Who should I talk to about my laptop?
