Review on P3 P4400 Electricity Usage Monitor by Bobby Valadez

Revainrating 4 out of 5

very handy device!

Received this multimeter about a week ago. I try to save where I can and was curious how much energy everyday devices use. My electric bill is reasonable, but I want to save money. So I went around and hooked up this meter to some of my devices and below is what I found. Vicks Warm Mist Humidifier 360W. consumes 2.45 kW for 8 hours. Bissell Upright Bagless Vacuum Cleaner - 954W (WOW) Acer Chromebook Charger - 46W iPhone Charger - 5W Small LED Bulb - 9W Digital Photo Frame 7" - 3.6W Pelonis 20" High Speed Fan 56W (Low) Medium 63 W and high speed air purifier 70W (small room up to 200 square feet. Low speed is 8.8W, medium speed is 16.8W and high speed is 31.5W, consumes 0.79 kilowatts in 37 hours) . Weather Radio - 1.2W Radio Shack 200 Channel Scanner Radio - 2.4W Vizio 19" LED TV - 16W Amazon Alexa Dot - 2W Directv C-31 Mini Client - 5W First Alert Carbon Monoxide Detector - 0 .2w george foreman 4 serving grill - 1000w and 9 amps (wow) that's just to give you an idea of what small appliances around the house draw you can calculate the wattage in kilowatts with an online calculator I don't have to let it run for a long time. Just know the limitations of the device. If you reset it, MELT.i will be updated over time. It's a handy device that will help you find out how much plug and play really costs.
