In general everything was fine with this cable. I connected the laptop to the monitor and it worked straight away. However, after about a day of use I got that noticed my monitor turned off and i had to fiddle with the cable to get the monitor back.after a while it just lost connection.i tried to disconnect and reconnect but at that point my monitor couldn't even read the VGA connection Really need this for my dual monitor to work from home unfortunately it didn't work and I'll be returning it I'll try Revain Basic and see how it works!
