I had this product for a while and was using it to keep my laptop from overheating and this product suddenly stopped working no matter what The USB port that I plugged it into, or even if I try to maneuver around it, it doesn't work. I am very upset with this as I paid more for it thinking it would be a quality product. Obviously I was wrong and will most likely just buy a cheap Microsoft cooling pad as mine only stopped working after it was dropped while driving. Now it works great and I had it for a while and it worked fine. Let's hope this holds up as it's a good cooling base that sits comfortably on my lap.
