Very easy to use for our staff. Easy enough for all levels of knowledge of technology but also has a variety of helpful features for more advanced users or those needing help. I do not have any dislikes as it works well for us, however, if there are other things you would like in an appt calendar, please let me know! We have had some issues with the app crashing (we haven't found what causes this). However we solved this issue by updating the operating system.
