I've been using this USB-C docking station every day for two months. It holds up very well and I haven't had any problems with it. I document and disconnect several times a day and all devices reconnect without issue and quickly. I'm using an ultrawide monitor connected via HDMI, a second 30" monitor connected via Displayport, and a third display using the laptop's built-in display. The docking station gets warm, but supplies all devices with sufficient power. I use almost every port except the headphone and mic jacks to plug in my USB headset, wireless keyboard dongle, iPhone charger, mouse, and webcam, including for laptop charging. It made my home office as clean and wireless as possible. I'm confident that when answering a phone call or video conference, I can dock and be up and running in less than 30 seconds. I haven't tested the card reader, but it's handy to have one just in case.
