2007 VW Eos Passenger Side (Heated Mirror) It can be re-attached to the heating element if not damaged. But if you do, I recommend bypassing the stickers that come with the kit and buying (3M Industrial Heavy Duty Spray Adhesive) or something similar. It is best to remove the heating element from the assembly and apply glue (follow the manufacturer's recommendations for drying time) and reattach it to the mirror body.
