I ordered 9.5 wide and the moment I took them out of the box I knew they were going to be too small and narrow. But I tried them on and to my great surprise they fit perfectly. I took the opportunity and wore them for a full 10 hour day at work with no other shoes to switch to if I had a problem and I am happy to report that they are extremely comfortable throughout the day were. They fit well out of the box; Beautifully made, beautiful finish and 100% satisfied. I have never bought this brand but will definitely buy again.
