Good - not the best of hand tools

I bought these based on reviews and several videos but when I looked at the product the ends were not the same as in the video. I ended up crimping differently and with a little effort it worked. The seller would really be better off posting a video of their own. Some comments say just watch videos online but there are a few videos and most of it is spent waiting for people to stop talking or waiting for them to fix bugs. If there is a good one I would appreciate if someone post general comments on watching the video.
