Review on π₯ Argon Raspberry Pi 4 Mini Fan HAT: Built-in Heatsink with On-Off Switch for Full Control, 2-Pack of RPi Fans by Matt Heringer
Not exactly a good deal it seems.
This fan appears to have been designed to fit in an Argon case. Sold separately without a case, this fan's heatsink doesn't touch where it should and is inefficient at dissipating heat. I added a thick layer of thermal paste to fill the gap and my Pi4 no longer overheats. Only the cheapness of these fans allows you to deal with the problem.
