I have an average rivet gun that looks just like any other rivet gun on the market and for the most part it gets the job done. One thing's for sure, I'm pretty good at disassembling it to clear the jam. I had a project that required a lot of rivets with a bunch of them in the blind spots. I really wanted a tool that would work with a little less effort every time. The design of this WorkPro pistol is unique in several respects. First, a three-jaw collet should be safer both when gripping and retrieving a used bar. And second, it has two combo levers that increase the force required to set the rivet and significantly reduce the force required. I immersed myself well in my project and never got stuck with WorkPro, and the tool required a little less effort than my old gun. The funny thing is that the WorkPro sells for the same price as regular old-school shotguns.
