5 stars because this is a good product.but make no mistake they are fragile mugs (remember they are thin hand blow products). I'm a big handed guy and found these so comfortable to hold, lightweight and kept my hot beverage a wee bit hotter for about 15 minutes.In the past, I've used 3 different kinds of handblown glass mugs which I loved. But I AM A CLUTS! I dropped them, banged them against a hard surface and VOILA!. they broke. I suspect these will follow suit if I'm not careful. But I do love these for my coffee and tea use. Pricey bit they appear better made than my previous mugs. Hope this helps a bit
