I received this product in exchange for an honest review. .) This scarf is amazingly thin and flexible yet durable. It keeps the heat well, but at the same time lets the air through very well. I've tried it as a makeshift rain hood, a face mask for the run to the grocery store, and a belt for a dress (because I was curious) in addition to its intended purpose, and in each case I've been pleased with its performance. I've been using it every day at work since I got it and I'm very happy with it. It's the perfect length to wear draped or wrapped around your neck without adding bulk or feeling like it's "not enough fabric". Half still fits properly and protects your skin. If odor is an issue (it was for me) after airing the fabric for 30 minutes the slightly acidic odor dissipated satisfactorily, allowing even my sensitive person to wear it without having to wash first. In summary! -0.5* Color: Thin enough that the scarf looks anthracite instead of black. A small thing, but it affects how well it blends. -0.5* Texture: They managed to turn their ballistic fabric into a jersey jersey and that will probably be fine for most people, but it's too close to coarse. side 'tolerance for me, love it. +4* Practical, carefree and a great gift idea.
