I contacted the seller about the missing part and the seller quickly got back to me to resolve the issue.
I bought the headset for my son as a birthday present. A part was missing and after contacting the seller they quickly sent me another headset. All parts were in the box, the headset works perfectly. I am very satisfied with the seller's service and would give it five stars, but the headset is too small, does not cover the ears completely, and there is noise in the room, making it difficult to hear the voice or music in the headset. I think this headset was intended for a small child. But the seller's service was good and I will buy from this seller again.
