Great Headset for Office Use

The headset is a great addition to my home office setup. It's comfortable to wear, sound quality is clear and it works well with my IP phone. The RJ9 quick disconnect cable is a useful feature as it allows me to move around the room without having to take off the headset.

Weak microphone voltage and lack of adjustment.

It hasn't been two weeks, but the microphone is already slipping and not holding its position. How about some ratchet tension or tension adjustment to keep the mic on the mouth where it should be. Noise canceling two stars as the far end can't hear me well due to the poor tension on the mic.

I contacted the seller about the missing part and the seller quickly got back to me to resolve the issue.

I bought the headset for my son as a birthday present. A part was missing and after contacting the seller they quickly sent me another headset. All parts were in the box, the headset works perfectly. I am very satisfied with the seller's service and would give it five stars, but the headset is too small, does not cover the ears completely, and there is noise in the room, making it difficult to hear the voice or music in the headset.
