I am 5ft 7in and 187lbs. I spend about 8 hours a day, at about 2 hour intervals, sitting at my desk. So I bought a rocking stool to replace my office chair, hoping it would remind me to correct my sitting posture. While the uneven surface of the interior made my butt a bit hard, it was bearable when I took frequent breaks. This served the purpose for about 15 days before suddenly disappearing. I was motionless just before he deflated. Didn't wobble and never jumped. So there was no cotton. Just a hiss. I suppose it couldn't handle the stress of a person my size? Not worth the money for what is now just a basic hard stool. I would return it, but I've already finished the packaging.
