Nothing to say here, this is a low end random orbital sander for your face. As stated in the product description, three heads (coarse, fine and silicone) are supplied. The coarse head should rarely be used, as it's deceptively aggressive (you won't feel it at first, but it will chew through dead skin) and can cause micro-trauma if you hold it tight. Medium is my daily driver to scrub off the detergent and I haven't noticed any micro trauma with it. The third is a silicone brush which I have never used as my skin is not very sensitive. Overall easy to use and really helps with my very stubborn acne. I love that it's completely waterproof so I can use it in the sink and shower. The support team seems willing to buy, make recommendations, and swap heads, although I haven't had any hiccups that could test their return process. In summary, if you have done all the treatments and are on a strict regime but still can get rid of acne, consider adding it to your regime as it works very well for my stubborn oily face.
