The coarse head should rarely be used, as it's deceptively aggressive (you won't feel it at first, but it will chew through dead skin) and can cause micro-trauma if you hold it tight. I have had the brush for over 2 years and it has helped my skin a lot. And it still works great! I mainly use the silicone nozzle on my face. In fact, I use the bikini exfoliation cap - it's a great gentle way to prevent ingrown hairs in that area. Cons - Use/need to replace batteries. And be careful not to accidentally open the battery case in a humid environment, otherwise you will have to rust-free it. I had to do it once but the brush still works great afterwards!

I really liked this facial cleansing brush at first. After use my face felt soft and clean. I gave 2 stars, after a month and a half it stopped working. I changed the batteries but it still doesn't work. There is a 180 day guarantee so I emailed the company but never got a response from them or Revain. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.
