I received this 3 days ago and have already used it twice. I like the body and 3 heads. It works. My face is smoother and accepts the moisturizer better. I've used the Clarisonic Mia in the past and that gives it a monetary edge. Three suggestions for a future regimen: 1) Make the heads smaller - they always stick to the edges of my hair since the heads are larger than the space between my eyes and my hairline. 2) Flatten the bottom of the case so it can stand on a counter to dry. 3) The shaft on mine wiggles a little, so the brush heads wiggle a little too - I'm not sure if they all do or just the one I have.
