I confess I am a moody cosmetics shopper. Even though I'm happy with the product, I'm easily seduced by the glittering promise of a brilliant new chance at cosmetic excellence. I've tried dozens (actually several dozen) of mascaras only to be disappointed. Unless they smudge and create raccoon eyes, they clump together into the same charming spider-eye look, or they flake off and leave black dust on my cheekbones, or have such a strong chemical smell my eyes water and sting, or so much when I remove them that I lose them a few lashes together with the mascara. Easily removed with gentle cleaning. Doesn't irritate my eyes or my annoyingly sensitive eye area, and while more expensive than many drugstore brands, it's reasonably priced compared to most high-end mascaras. After every foray into the proving grounds of a new carcass, I eventually return to this trusted sanctuary. If you're looking for a new mascara, this is definitely worth considering.
