I love that they have always been there for me, whether it be questions about billing or how my specimen was handled during testing - They never fail you! Honestly this has not really anything negative but just their professionalism throughout all stages in your case from day 1 through discharge/results receipt after finalization by staff at clinic level if needed (which can run into weeks). The turnaround time between samples being collected as well as results back when applicable helps keep them honest regarding any issues found within specimens sent out via EMR system.
