Let me work around the conflict between my desktop software and my camera's memory cards

Completely satisfied with this item! I was having trouble uploading a picture from my digital camera to my desktop - I knew the pictures I had taken were missing, it took a few tries to get most of them, etc., so I replaced the memory cards and than that didn't work, I started looking for other answers. It turns out that Windows 10 has developed a good reputation for this problem and one of the suggestions was to use a memory card reader to bypass it. Works beautifully and now I have recovered all my photos
