Review on ๐Ÿ’Ž Renewed Samsung Galaxy S8 64GB Coral Blue Fully Unlocked Phone by Agata Pietrewicz แ Œ

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

It seems to be worth scolding for such shortcomings and putting a maximum of 4 points, but I'm sorry, I can't do it. I bought a xiaomi mi5 for my mom, an iphone 7 from my brother, but these devices werenโ€™t even close to the Galaxy S8. Yes, it is not ideal, but ideal does not exist. There are things that you have to put up with, be it scanners or autonomy, but as soon as you pick it up, you forget about everything and forgive all the minuses. It is simply a work of art both outside and inside. I hesitated for a long time about what to buy. You understand, there is a good American alternative, which also has something to brag about. But looking at the facets shimmering in the light, flipping through the photos in the gallery, planning my day, watching videos, listening to music, I understand that I made the right choice. In a sense, this is a smartphone that has no competitors, no matter what other companies do, the Galaxy S8 has its own philosophy. Philosophy without boundaries.

Pros
  • -Screen. It's just amazing, there's nothing to compare it to. The slogan - a smartphone without borders - fully describes what you experience when holding the Galaxy S8 in your hands. It seems that the screen is a continuation of reality. This must be seen with your own eyes. - The same goes for design. Glass on both sides, arranged symmetrically, convenient location of buttons (forget about Bixby =)), the camera is flush with the surface. It is comfortable to hold the phone, there are no false positives of the rounded screen. -Camera. I'll tell you a story - a friend asked me to take a picture of her in the park, autumn is all business, of course I agreed. Then our friends looked at these pictures and I heard only one question - "What camera camera do you have?" and subsequent exclamations - "On the phone? Seriously? Are you kidding?!" Yes, the photos really exceed all expectations. Focusing is instant, there is an auto mode, excellent photos at night, HDR, macro and background blur modes. Everything is as it should be. -Moisture protection. I walk in the rain and read articles, shake off the drops and continue reading. Passers-by look around, but I don't care. The screen reacts only to fingers, there are no problems with using it in the rain. -Performance. Fast, powerful, what else to say? Pulls all games, renders videos, launches applications quickly -Memory. 64 GB in the minimum configuration is enough for the eyes) there is a Samsung Cloud cloud where your photos are uploaded, although I like google photos -Usability. I love stock android. You know, everything about it is almost perfect. Google knows a lot about this. But Samsung Experience forced me to change my preferences. I had Galaxy S Captivate (not sold in 2022), Galaxy Note 3 and 2 more tablets, and I rolled Cyanogenmod on all these devices. But there was no hand raised. The icons look modern and neat, the application menu is just perfect, native applications are in the same style, everything is smooth, transparent, convenient. Bravo!
Cons
  • -Autonomy. The phone is able to hold a charge for a long time if it is not actively used. But, alas, this is not about me. Hours to 5-6 charge remains 20-25 percent. Usually gps, nfc, bluetooth are on (yes, I need all this), AOD is off. -The Home button did not respond to increased pressure a couple of times, I donโ€™t know what it was connected with - It seems to me that the charger is made of poor quality. It may not be, but it looks flimsy -The rear glass scratches more, so a case is needed. I put it on a clean kitchen table, but it looked like there were some sugar crystals or something, so there were small scratches. -For me, this is nonsense, but in the first month, the phone laid a couple of times on the animation of opening my applications and the notification curtain. Not good! -Applications can be randomly unloaded from RAM, and do not require a lot of memory. -The iris scanner works instantly in the dark, but the more light, the longer the recognition process takes, to the point that it cannot be done in sunlight. -Due to the fingerprint scanner, the camera lens is often dirty, and by the way, it does not always work)
