I like that it is easy to use for small organizations or even individuals who want simple but effective tools of communication with donors! There are many different ways you can communicate through this tool such as text messages (SMS), emails etc., so there's no way people will feel left out if they don't have access at least one form of messaging via their phone service provider.

It would be great though for larger nonprofits because then more employees could receive notifications easily without having individual accounts set up separately within impact factors' system itself. Also being able get reminders about events sent directly into an email address helps keep me motivated by reminding myself why my organization exists when things seem difficult sometimes during fundraising campaigns!!
